We at MacCarty & Sons understand that this pandemic effects everyone and has many of our customers stuck at home. That coupled with the weather turning more spring-like we have had many calls from customers looking to move their spring service up. This is totally understandable, but we regret that at this time we are prevented from providing any service. Governor Wolf has restricted all non-essential business with a shut-down order, as well as set in place a stay-at-home order which has affected our employees.
We contacted the State for an exemption, so that we could continue to work during these times as our activities do not require customer interaction, but were denied at this time. We hope to be able to resume our duties as soon as possible and when we do we will pick up our schedule where we left off. What this means to our service customers is that there will be delays in your regularly scheduled service period and these delays will correspond to the extent of the shut-down order. We will do our best to to service all those paid customers as quickly as possible.
A message has been placed on the office phone advising of our contact information during this time. Be advised we are watching this situation closely and we will be making updates as they become available.
Be well, stay safe and together we will overcome this adversity.
We thank you for your patience.
